well the large scale model is 30 cm long
so that will be a start

in my rough math, a 1:12 scale model
wikipedia says 380cm long

Haven't looked up anything yet, but my eyeball was saying probably around 1/12 so 50% will get around 1/24th.

This is a real little charmer. I would like to build it in 1/24 scale, but I needed some definite references.
In these cases, I like to use the wheelbase as a basis. According to wikipedia, wheelbase was 247 cm (97.2 in), width overall was 1,350 mm (53.1 in).
I do not know if the wheelbase varied for different bodystyles, so this leaves overall width. In 1/24 this is 25,25 millimetres or fairly exactly 2 inches. A good point to find this, are the footboards beneath the doors, part 5.
I just placed the jpg "5" into a open text document (odt) and scaled it until the width of part 5 fits the aforementioned distance. Looks incredibly small ast first, but after a comparison of the wheels with those of a 2CV i built in 1/24, things seem to be in order. Yes, those cars were tiny!

Cheers, Martin

I mistyped the width in 1:24: Has to be 56,25 millimetres, not 25,25!!!
Ouch! *blush*
