Modelik T-3 working wheel chassis

Hi guys,

Just found this video on youtube. Very interesting. Is there a guide available to make this possible? Looks very good.

Is it all made out of card, were parts laminated to plastic or did he make parts from plastic or metal using the printed profiles and paint them?
If I was going to make a working large scale paper model I think I would transfer the profiles of the load bearing and working parts to plexiglass or acrylic and cut them out with a jewelers saw and do final shaping with rotary tool and drill press.
However he did it, it is very impressive.
