An archived Japanese paper model web site. There are several science fiction helmets, links to low poly animals, and links to other paper model web pages of the past. A few links are pasted above, there are a lot of others on these archived web pages that might be worth exploring to see where they go.

This opens on a PDF file of a japanese kawa

Thanks John, that last one led to a whole load of stuff on the live website

The author has done lots of little dioramas to set off card models of trains/vehicles. A lot of it looks like narrow gauge, with Japanese buildings which are very charming. I think some of it linked to the Brother site, which can be found here:

Thanks for that one. I'm a fan of paper models of trams, and some of these will make a good addition to my collection. I look forward to making a diorama from them.

I found the site after visiting PAPERMAU where a link to one of the models is posted

PAPERMAU: WWI`s Fokker Dr 1 Triplane Fighter Aircraft Paper Model In SD Style by Propeller Factory
Thanks for the link to the SD aircraft John. The stand can be used for a few other things I have in mind.

SD aircraft instructions

This link has photos of the assembly/construction process for all of the SD aircraft: プ*ペラファクトリー制作記 - 1ページ目. There is also a dropbox download link for the Savoia S.21. You can find it directly above the photo of the completed Savoia model.

I like the Brother old style Japanese buildings, they remind me of the buildings in pre war Japanese movies.

I found another archived Japanese web page, this one has a simple trunk waving elephant automaton. If you click on the home page link at the top of the page and wander around the web site, you will find some tin toy style robot paper models.

WW2 Rocket Terror Wheel from Boxstudio

http://boxstudio.main.jp/papercraft/
or

http://boxstudio.main.jp/2018/09/02/panjandrum/

A WW2 experimental weapon created by British boffins.

The rocket propelled wheel was supposed to overcome all obstacles in its path while spreading terror and destruction.

It had a few technical problems.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panjandrum

This is an interesting and somewhat atypical offering from Boxstudio.
