Tatebanko

A page showing images of tatebanko prints.
One of them, a one sheet model of a parade float, is large enough to be downloaded and assembled.

Near the bottom of the download list is a paper model of a Daihatsu Midget which might be of interest to Miyazaki and Totoro fans.
It would look very nice parked next to the Kukasabe House paper model.

Another wonder Paper model from Japan has been posted on Papermau. It is a bell tower.
PAPERMAU: Kawagoe Bell Of Time Clock Tower Paper Model - by Shukuka1014

There are a few more paper models available from that site.
After visiting Papermau, look at these pages:

The rural scene link is used in two descriptions, the Tanaka link is the same as the rural scene

Thanks, RicK, for pointing out the cross linkeage.
The Festive Plant link in the post above goes to the Tanuki, or raccoon_dog.
I hope that clickers expecting to get a plant were not too upset by being referred to the Tanuki.
Here is another try to post the link to the Festive Plant
https://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/xatnep/diary/202009080000/
Some of the links now go to a page with dire warnings about being redirecteed to an external page requiring another click to get to the desired page.
