Henry,
I removed the link, and the title, as this site now has become a pirate site, at first they were a great aggregator of paper models, different models and sites, but then they started hosting files pulled from other sites, often without the owner's permission, and to add insult to injury to the hobby, started posting links and files of illegally scanned commercial models. We have tried unsuccessfully to get the owner to change his method, and we have gone to the hosting site of his blog, but he pops up else where a short time later. If you ever have a question about the legality of a model site, just shoot me or the moderators a pm, and we will check it out Rick

Japanese Cake Recipe, not a paper model
First I apologize to everyone who was expecting a paper model.
This is not a link to a paper model, but a recipe for Japanese cake. After a paper modeling session, Japanese cake and a beverage would be enjoyable. https://www.indulgewithmimi.com/super-fluffy-and-soft-japanese-chocolate-chiffon-swiss-cake-roll/ |

This is not a Japanese web site, but Rilakkuma (bear in relaxed mood) was a popular anime series. This is a tribute paper model of Rillakume enjoying a cookie.

I feel really really bad about one of my previous posts, which had a link to a Japanese Cake recipe, rather than a paper cake.
Here are some paper cakes, from Japan, to ease paper cake craving. https://www.kirin.co.jp/entertainmen...ter/party.html https://base-ec2.akamaized.net/image...b9ab071702.jpg https://passtell.jp/wp-content/uploa.../shortcake.jpg French pastries, Follow the links to a French download site https://matome.naver.jp/odai/2144733...15758407083103 You can only admire the paper cake it is not for sharing https://ameblo.jp/caramel-fruit/entry-12457318958.html A paper cake template, use it to make paper cake from your own patterned paper: https://ameblo.jp/schoolchildren/entry-11960321371.htm Perhaps after too much paper cake, treatment with paper insulin is necessary? https://pdb101.rcsb.org/learn/paper-...-activity-page Bonus: many pictures of assembled paper models and a few that can be downloaded, including, at bottom of web page, some cakes, http://papermodel.html.xdomain.jp/ |

Vermin King sent me a PM concerning my last post, and after reading it I asked Rick to remove the URL.
Some of the cut out post cards on the site were produced by a company that is still in business. I did a little searching and found the company. https://www.taiwantrade.com/company/...td-66657.html# If you would like to buy some very clever cut out cards, and other paper related products, you can purchase them from this Taiwan company. https://www.monkey-design.com.tw/ And since I am on the topic of paper crafts you can buy from an Asian company, google Vietnamese companies that will provide you with 'Kirigami". A relative who visited Vietnam last year gave me one as a Birthday gift. I am very pleased and happy with it. |

A link to a thread about "Uplift", a Japanese company that designs paperkraft.
There is a link to a page of paper models of Nissan cars, that were created by "Uplift". Uplift also did many of the Canon Creative Park Models. Uplift Paper Models http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/717127-post3.html |
