Lost in Space Jupiter 2

I find this by chance... it is the flying saucer Jupiter 2 from Lost in Space TV show... with landing gears and interior details. I think you might have to color parts of it your self

The Space Pod - it is in color

The Robot B-9 - he is not so nice

I do not know this TV show (well now I read about it on the site with the model) but I find that when I was doing a search for space ship models and things like the Vostok. But, they seem like nice models. The flying saucer it is interesting and very complicated.

Keds Girl, the TV show was popular in the 60's. The main character, a young, adventurous boy named Wil Robinson, had an older sister named Penny.

Penny was a major heartthrob for those of us, myself included, of the right age group. The show itself was rather goofy after the first season, but we all still tuned in to see Penny! Fond memories.

Thanks for finding the Jupiter 11. BTW, the Jupiter was all natural metal. You can easily print this file on Red River metallic paper and get a handsome model. I forget the interior color, but that should be easy enough to find on the internet.

Lost in Space - another example of where the original beats the remake hands-down, corny acting, props and all...Penny Robinson...aaaah...yup...interesting how so many of us look back to these shows so fondly - certainly I would much rather watch Irwin Allen and Gerry Anderson reruns than CGI'd wannabes like Farscape and Andromeda...

The actor who played Will Robinson made a comeback in the 90s as Lanir the Minbari aide on Babylon 5

Ok I look this up. Penny? Ehhhhhhh. Judy is hot though. I take her over Penny. The model it looks complicated.

I have the Red River paper but it is so thin. When I fix it to card, it is too thick...

Yes Lala...I had a big crush on Judy myself. I thought Penny was just a little too young for me at the time. 8v)

Try putting regular bond paper on the back of the Red River paper. That will thicken it as you add sheets.

My Space Pod

I have written an assembly manual for the Space Pod I designed (I hope you like it!).

I've sent it out to the hosting sites a while ago, but some have not made it available yet.

If you PM or e-mail me, I can send it to you. It is almost 800mb so the size is beyond what I can attach here.

Best Regards,
