Question More eBay fraud

There are some more of Uhu02's models on eBay for sale.

Seller "chan16688" from Hong Kong is selling Uhu02's U.F.O. Interceptor. He claims that it is his own design, but he even uses Uhu02's build photos in the ad.

Another is "yeung16688" (hmmm), also from Hong Kong , selling Uhu02's Lunar Module, same story.

And, if you look in their eBay store(s), there are a LOT more "pilfered" kits for sale.

How do we stop this, besides reporting them to eBay and refusing to buy these kit ripoffs. These guys truly astound me sometimes.

Mike

ebay makes money off of him so he will probably continue. It seems that even contacting ebay about an issue is difficult. I had a seller cancel an order, refund my money (because the item was 'out of stock' and I can't get rid of the cancelled order) and can't find a way to contact ebay without calling them. AND, the 'out of stock item is for sale by the same seller at $20 more, at the same time it is 'out of stock' for the one I bought.
Grrr... then I had a seller try to get me to send $20 for postage for an item with 'free shipping'. Same deal, no way to handle it except avoid the seller it appears.

Those two eBay shops are the same HongKong guy who also runs that Indy´s Papermodels thing on Facebook (discussed here).
Don´t know about Uhu02, but JSC and Halinski are after it on eBay and FB now.
