The copyrights for selling this model are shared between Emil Zarkov and Moshe Lemer.

I just saw there a few images of Halinski's F-15. Recognized it by the tail number and some other differences between the kits. I have halinski's hard copy and started building it a few years ago. But I did not see there any of Modelart F-15's. Andrey, if you have a direct link to the images (without scrolling), please pm it to me.

We believe this is based on ours.

But I can't be 100% sure unless I see the parts.

Edit 2: Upon further investigation, it appears the model is not one of ours but indeed Halinski's. Both models look very much alike because of the high quality geometry from both designers. However, the terrible fact that people hijack others' work remains.

So far he's only deleted pots to his wall, not comments on his photo albums or links to his store. I've posted a few links to the free model for ones I knew, maybe others can do the same with links that they know?

If anyone actually owns the rights to a model in his "store" they have the power to report copyright or intellectual property infringment.
And they must be vigilant about it.
Facebook (and other sites, like eBay) will not pay attention to anyone else's complaints.

I wish Uhu would learn this, and act on his own accord.
He is obviously the most pirated individual designer, but part of the reason is his lack of effort to do anything.
(Locking up his "library" and throwing away the key only punishes his fans)
Relying on "zealots" also isn't going to help.

I honestly wish I could fight to help Uhu get his models off websites like this fb page.
But he needs to fight for it himself.

As supporters of this community, we could all post as many negative comments as possible on this guys fb page.
Eventually we might pressure him to go away and stop doing what he is doing.
Be sure you know the original source of the model you are commenting on.
Maybe even quote it...especially if its a free model.
Post a link to the location of the free model!

at6, yes I did. That was on a Sunday night and I called them Monday morning. I was over there later in the week and took copies of the printouts from the eBay site and photos I'd shot of my stuff stacked up in the house. Did the Alice's Restaurant thing with circles and arrows pointing to matches and dropped those off at the police department. The officer's basic attitude seemed to be why are you bothering me with this since we can't do anything about it unless you have receipts, serial numbers and id markings. These were for the most part some really old kits and a couple of extremely rare resin kits that the chances that 13 kits he had listed would match the ones I'd had stolen almost gets into winning the lottery area of probabilities. Had been sort of the same when I was in there with photos of stuff from the 1st break in. Anyway a new year, I made an effort with what I could do so time to move on.

I've posted the link to the digital navy site, but none of the download links are actually working for me. Do we know anything about that?
