Small German Railway Station

Bhf Kindgerecht
Bhf Kindgerecht

A model of a train station.

This is an interesting site with a lot of information about designing and building the logic circuitry for controlling a model railroad. The technology appears to be from 1970's discrete component era of technology, which some here might remember (Heathkits, anyone?). It is how things were done before Raspberry Pi and Arduino. It makes me feel old and creaky

If you search the page carefully, about 3/4 of the way through the page, tucked in among all the circuit diagrams is a picture of the assembled model. Not too far away is the clickable link to download the model.

Here is a open wagon to put on a nearby siding. Just the thing for summer time rail fan excursions
