Looks like if you click on a picture of a car it will take you to a page that has a link to an EBay page where you can buy the model.

Yeah, looks like they're sold kits. Quite expensive, but maybe the paper and ink is high quality.

Yes, clicking a picture takes you to the actual Flickr user's photostream and some of the cars have a link to his ebay store.
