It's a nice little pawn shop. At first glance, it looks really good. Make sure you get the revisions

Awhile back I purchased and built Clever Model's Beattie's Grocery (P/N S54). The original was located near where I worked, and was in its last years of being open.
Not too far away was a small restaurant that served great cabrito, it was crowded at lunch time. The food was good, and there was really no other place to go in French Camp. After lunch, I would swing by Beattie's, and if it was open, buy something from the elderly lady who owned the store, for late afternoon snack. Anyway, Clever Models did an excellent job of capturing the look of the original building, down to the front window signage which had not changed in years. Beattie's was located on a corner and gave the impression of sticking out into the street. If the building is still standing it must be pretty dilapidated by now (Time stops in French Camp - News* - recordnet.com - Stockton, CA). The Holt Tractor Factory was located in nearby Stockton on S. Aurora St. A few decades ago one of the original Holt Factory buildings was still standing, I am not sure if it is still there, and I would not recommend randomly driving around south Stockton to gawk at the old buildings . Many of the first tank prototypes were made using Holt type tracks. I got off topic, but I just wanted to say that Clever Models makes some really nice products.
