I have e-mailed TSMC many times asking as nicely as I could for Sister Ann and other models and to date no answer back. Maybe I have bad breath. Odd, I do brush my teeth each and every day and evening before bed. I even use mouth wash. wc

What can I say.
Maybe its your email.
Since these asian designers often only speak "engrish"
they don't always understand long worded emails.
I stick to the very basics.
"Hello...please...can I have... thank you"
The more you write, the more he misunderstands you.

Then theres the fact that your email could get lost in spam filters.
Remember that some areas of Asian Internet have major filters in place.
Try adjusting your subject line to something simple that wont get caught in a spam filter.

Or, maybe hes just busy and I caught him at the right time?

Thank you Super Dave for your tips and ideas. I guess I could try G-Mail as my normal e-mail is Yahoo which isn't working. Then again I could type my request and convers it through Bing into there language. Does anyone know there exact language. I will keep is short and be very nice as well. One more time I guess. Maybe I'm coming across as a asshole to them. just another American asking for a model. Sorry, ever since last Friday my depression has increased and most likely will be with me for the next four years. Sorry. wc

Personally I wouldn't do the translation thing...but its not a bad suggestion.
I just find that the translations aren't always very accurate and can be more confusing.

Don't worry about depression John.
We all have that now.
I think its in the water.
You are in good company here.
Best thing is to look out the window, enjoy the scenery,
and if you need to vent, come here and start a thread.
Yammering with us can't hurt.

I emailed TSMC again...asked for some more models.
Lets see how quick I get a response. LOL

Thank you Dave. Here on this forum I couldn't be in better hands. I never met anyone here face to face but you get know people after you read a few messages. As paper modeling is the best thing that could have ever happen to me. I will never be able to thank Willygoat enough for being my mentor on this journey not to mention all the fantastic modelers too as yourself. I can't say it hasn't been without it's frustrations. Paper modeling to me is one of the purest art forms I can enjoy. All you are incredible artist and I want to learn from you as much as I can from all of you. Enough said, the sun is out and I think I'll take a wake to clear my head. Thank you Dave and everyone of you too. wc

Herky,

I also received the model files for the entire F-100 series without assembly photos / instructions.
One the website, click on the blue lettering between the title of the model & the first photo of the finished bird. It's there on most of them. It should open to a new page with a sequence of assembly photos.

I selected all of them, did a COPY, then PASTEd them into an open blank MS Word doc. Saved that with title of "F-100 Assy Instns" in the folder w the rest of the F-100 files.
