A pretty painless process...

...a single piece extending right around the rear wall...

...once the glue has fully cured I'll do the final trimming to fit and then we will be back in the gun room...

Thanks, Elliott, today I'll paint the edges with woodworking PVA so they should be hard enough by the time I get home from work to start sanding and tidying up...

Applied the first layer of sandable primer to seal up the card and laid in some plastic putty along the seams...no pix but it's all just grey at the moment...
