I have this one too
But ....... Might need work done on my printer or a new printer Plugged into my tower it lighlights the top left Icon and No matter what I clip opens that one icon only The 3 problems with having to get a New printer, No $$ for one right now, I have 3 Pairs of Cartridges for the current one and NONE of those I see use that cartridge! And No one has a Stand alone Printer anymore All are Scan.Fax/copy/print!! I don't want one of those. I do Love paper-replika's models, and have to remember to check back there every so often for New one!!

That's a very nice looking PiperJet! You did an awesome job with the Build!
Airplane models look so daunting to me, looking at the Page! I would much rather fly them instead! Alan |

My point of view on the real plane looks
First time I have seen the design was years ago when Piper decided to explore the single jet engine general aviation plane. The design back then was the same as it is today.
In my opinion it is a very amateurish and simplistic looking plane. Unfortunately, general aviation jet planes are purchased on looks primarily and performance second. What piper did is to create a plane from their spare part bin and stick the engine on top in the tail. As practical as that may seem, it will not succeed since it just does not pass the eyeball test ( looks like a Heinkel He-162 ). I'm not sure that an owner of this plane will be proud of the looks. Piper should have proved their concept, but then move on to improve the wow factor since there are currently no certified single pure jets out there ( turboprops are jets, but rely on propellers for thrust ). Cirrus on the other hand has looked into a similar concept, but when you see it you say Wow!, I want one of those. picture from the internet below. ( I have nothing to do with either companies ). I did solo on a Piper PA-28 though. Isaac

I think the Cirrus looks more like the He 162 than the Piper. Some (unbuilt) variants had a V-tail. I can't reconcile the engine in the back with the fin above it and the Heinkel design.
The Cirrus does look better.
