whats a whomobile?

Keith Moon had a number of nice cars including a floating Rolls Royce.
I saw a few cars in Whoville...but the Grinch crushed most of them I think.

I did notice he's got the center strip for Fab 1 backwards. The radiator is pointing towards the rear.
