I have built two of them at normal size, the regular eagle and the Independence Day eagle.

I did one of the original Eagles from Canon at twice size and printed it on a poster printer at a sign shop. Their paper is also a little weak for that size model. If I do another one I'll glue the paper to Dollar Store/Dollar Tree poster board. I tested a head at that size and it was very stiff. Their poster board is a little thinner than regular poster board.
