Wow, that indeed is very interesting. Please keep us posted on what is going on. Alan Rose has created such legends, it would be great if somehow it all was preserved together.

That sounds good. It is nice to have his archive in one place where it will be well taken care of.
Here is wishing you great success.

The Victoria & Albert Museum in London has a large collection of paper models - perhaps they might be interested?!

This is great news. Thank you very much Peter Ansoff! I wonder if the Smithsonian's Air and Space Museum might be a good place for the collection. Especially if it was paired with some examples of the built models, it would be good material for a new display in the museum.

Following up on Diderick's mention of the Victoria and Albert's collection and Rob's suggestion regarding the Smithsonian, the same can be said of the Metropolitan Museum of New York. As part of their recent on line episodes there was a segment devoted to the Met's paper collection that included several Epinal/Pellerin pieces.

I think because Alan Rose was an american, his art should be shown in de US. I myself think it would not be misplaced in the MOMA or, as suggested by Madbrit, the Metropolitan. As Rose's collection is broader than just air and space related subjects, I don't see the NASM as the right place. But I really would love to see it exhibited in a big museum!
