Japanese airport buildings etc
This site - https://hakotetsu.jimdo.com/papercraft/ - has lots - and I mean LOTS - of stuff for an airport diorama. I can't be sure of the scale, but I'm guessing at 1/500th. (Papermau says "printing in letter format .. produces 1/500th scale... printing in A4 format .. gives 1/200th scale" but that doesn't sound right... Never mind - good stuff anyway.
Would suit these Herpa die-casts! (If you can afford them!) https://www.aircraftmodelstore.co.uk/herpa-1-500/

Of course, if you want the really good stuff, and pay for it - go to Airport Diorama Designs - Your source for 1:400 and 1:500 Model Airport Foils

Actually, the stuff from Airport Designs (Airport Designs - Precision Engineered Card Models) can be downloaded free, - the prices indicated are for pre-printed.

Printing problems
Encountered some problems with the Hakotetsu models - when you print them out, they all end up at different scales. Because they are jpegs, if you try opening them with Photoshop, and try merging them onto A4 size pages, you end up with all sorts of sizes. Real bummer. Will take a lot of fiddling with.....

Note: the site "Airport Diorama Designs" is NOT the same as "Airport Designs" - the first has no free downloads, the second has.
