Mr Davis' Trebuchet
The one I've built is this one, called "Mr. Davis' Trebuchet". I can not remember where I got it from, but I built it ages ago and it's a great one for a working paper model. PM me if you want a copy.

That "Mr. Davis' Trebuchet" looks like the one from an old site called Fryer's Kits. There were three trebuchets offered - the one in the picture which was a free download, and one plain or colored with wheels that were paid downloads. Fryer's Kits has been offline for quite a while. I have seen those free trebuchet files being offered on other sites.
