I have built a few trebuchets out of paper and some out of wood. They are fun to mess around with.

Mr Davis' Trebuchet

The one I've built is this one, called "Mr. Davis' Trebuchet". I can not remember where I got it from, but I built it ages ago and it's a great one for a working paper model. PM me if you want a copy.

Another good one - more complicated and realistic - is here: Sheila's Papermodels

That "Mr. Davis' Trebuchet" looks like the one from an old site called Fryer's Kits. There were three trebuchets offered - the one in the picture which was a free download, and one plain or colored with wheels that were paid downloads. Fryer's Kits has been offline for quite a while. I have seen those free trebuchet files being offered on other sites.
