Thumbs up Vaqcuform machine- DIY instruction

I found this article on how to make and use a simple Do It Yourself vacuform machine. It is geared mostly toward radio controlled aircraft parts, but the same is used to make canopies and other parts we use in our paper model hobby.

This is not the only article and many others posted their own versions on line.

Thank you Isaac - that looks pretty good and he is very clear in explaining the way forward.

------------------------

Vacuforming has always been an issue for me - it is the lack of my ability to do this that primarily stops me from making aircraft models, so I need to get around to making a machine - relatively cheaply though.

to be honest, i did not finish it unfortunately i could not find the videos i watched a few years ago and the first video i had linked to turned out to be a guy talking for hours about his channel and social media activities..... so i had to pick another one
but the basics are the same in every video and most bloggers/video hosts will tell you the final result is based on trial and error.....
