sorry to burst a bubble (LOL) but its air/gas filled.

even if the wings are properly shaped, its not moving fast enough to generate enough lift.
but its light enough to float,
and streamlined enough to glide-float (with a big push).

can you imagine how delicate it must be though.
still an impressive "paper" project.
