Oh, that kind of hanger. My first thought was how hangers hide in the closet when I'm looking for an empty one.
But agree those would be a good subject. |

An art for the sake of art.
Like someone pointed out on that forum ,that huge chunk of black runway is a giant arrow point to hangar from any distance or direction. Kind of like camouflaging plane just to put on high visibility quick recognition stripes,triangles,yellow/red huge portions of plane. |

That's very interesting John.
Not sure about the accuracy of the last coloured version! The airstrip is not that dark or the buildings in the photos. A great piece of camouflage though and I would guess extremely effective as it was still standing undamaged!
