With regard to this model (and others posted for free download by the designers/owners themselves), what are the rules regarding recolors? In this case, the Railjet car in the add-on set (pages 9/10 of the PDF) is very similar to the Siemens Viaggio cars that are currently being built for Amtrak California and a number of US states. I'd like to try some recolors/modifications based on those cars, which aren't likely to be produced in paper model form any time soon, but I would like to know if something like that could be shared here, or could only be for my own use?
