Looking at the layout of the parts pages, I'm going to take a guess and say they're around 1/25 but that's just a guess without actually printing them out and comparing them to other stuff I have.

Download from their site - Discontinued models, then you can find the actual measurements and then work out the scales after building, perhaps, the simplest one. Bet they should all be of the same scale. Just downloaded a few useful pdf catalogs but don’t have the time to build the models.
