I didn't download the files because I don't open Russian pirate sites... but it looks like they repainted (badly) some details of the ship.
It seems to me that this action is quite stupid, since such a Russian ship does not exist, to my knowledge....

because they are sharing for free and not asking money for the repainted version,
they believe it is acceptable to do this without proper permission (from the original author or owner).
But, it is not!

And crediting the original designer is not "permission"!

Repainting/modding any model is completely acceptable for personal use,
but it is not acceptable (or legal) to reshare the model (or its repainted version)
without first asking for permission.
Free or not doesn't matter.

And...if you can't reach the original designer, you do not have permission!
