New kids' stuff from Sanwa Paper Museum

This site, ペーパークラフト「ドールハウス一覧」 ペーパーミュージアム-サンワサプライ株式会社 bears looking at if you have children. There is often a new model added, like this Restaurant in the series of modular "dolls house" room sets. These are all quite large models, intended for children to actually play with. Obviously, Japanese children cen be trusted to play very carefully!

Check out other parts of the site for models like these too:

Great find.
My daughter is always asking if she can help with my models. This looks to be just about the right level for her and the subject should keep her interest.
I foresee a weekend of father and daughter bonding coming up.

Great site, thank you for posting it. It's a shame it only seems to be japanese companies and institutions that do this sort of thing.

My seven year old boy love me making card models for him. Some of them end up at school - tend not to get them back though.

This site is worth another visit, there have been lots of new food and doll house rooms posted since this thread was last updated.
For fans of Japanese crime movies, the most recent posts are of food and souvenir stalls, which are supposed to be controlled by yakusa groups.

And there is stuff for kids too.

And speaking of Yakusa, here is a yakusa figure and a ramen (noodle) shop. I found the link to this site on another paper model fan page.

I did that last one for my son. I forget which video game he plays that has a lot of Yakusas, but he got a kick out of it, especially the tatooed guy
