Book on building paper model of Titanic

while browsing Amazon for other stuff i came across this book

Amazon.com: Titanic: The Complete Guide to Building the Titanic (Taschen Specials) (9783822894453): Taschen Publishing, Taschen America: Books

apparently there is a model of titanic in it, has anybody seen/got the book, do you recon it is any good?
can't make out what it is from the reviews, if it is like "paper captain" with the model in it or if it is just a description with drawing from which you work on
looks kinda interesting though, shall i dish out and get it maybe?

I have this book. The model is BIG (about 4ft) but not very detailed. Think of an early Maly kit without the formers.

It's a waterline model, and I doubt it would be worth trying to add extra detail. If you want a decent model go elseware.

The new price is very expensive, the used one less so. I keep hoping my son's school will do a Titanic theme and I can build and get rid of it.

After having finished the model just two days ago. I must say, replacing some parts and adding extra details and putting in some more time, I think, can give you a nice model after all ;
