Check this site, please.
Could someone give the site http://papirmakettek.lapunk.hu/?modul=galeria a once-over, please. If it's OK, then it's a good one to visit, and if not, remove this post.

To the best of my knowledge it's all OK - I've found my way there on a number of occasions through links on various paper modelling sites and have yet to see any question of its up-and-up-ness...

It's a Hungarian site that offers a Comet (first Jet Airliner), a Russian Bison Bomber (jet), and Bear (prop), along with a variety of trains, trolleys, vintage fighter aircraft, and a rather odd looking tree.
I downloaded the Comet (each page at a time as an image) which includes a composite photo page but no instructions. Being new to this hobby, the pieces look a little odd to me, almost hand-drawn, but not quite,... I'll have to examine them closer. The one feature that impressed me was that they included a 100 meter scale on each page,... very handy to someone like me, for customizing the model's scale. |

the site is legit, the owner of that site is a member here. and in the future if you have questions about a website, please do not post it in the forum, but send Jason or myself or the moderators a private message, so that we can go and check it out, and give you thumbs up or down to post it. Rick

There are several translation programs available on the 'net. I often use Google Translate, which you can access by clicking on "language tools" on the Google opening page.
If you copy the url of the website, paste it into the window that Google Translate shows and select the "from" and "to" languages from the list, you will get an imperfect but very helpful translation. |

If you use Google Chrome a small window will pop up on the top and ask if you want it to translate for you.

Incidentally, to download ANY of the models here: 1. Left-click the selected model on the main page. 2. Left-click the first model page thumbnail. 3. Right-click the picture in the pop-up and select "view image". Left-click to magnify. 4. Right-click and "save as", then "back" to return to thumbnails. 5. repeat for all the rest of the pages for the model. A bit long-winded, and to be truthful you've got to look pretty carefully at the models first. Some are rather poorly-rendered and would need a lot of "cleaning up" before building. |
