What scale are the smaller models in? Also will JustZIPit open a RAR file?

Don't think so but 7Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) or winrar (www.rarlab.com) will. Winrar is commercial so they'd like you to pay to continue using it - 7Zip is free.

www.altools.net all their programs are free to use

smaller car models are around 1:28 that is how it worked out according to the designer

the designer wanted to either have 1:24/25 or 1:32 but somehow 1:28 is the size he came up with

The new version of WinZip will open .rar files. Might not be free, but not that expensive either.
