My collection

I finally have a Digital camera and now have a Few new Paper models, so decided it was time to show them.
(Sadly, I do not know when I will start any of them)

the first 6 I bought in 2 separate orders from Lighthouse when they announced their closing.

My first order included the Modelik Polonez-Poltruck Fire Department issue 7/04 (I would buy a second of these in my second order!)
The PK/Graphica Tatra Semi tractor with contaner & trailer,
and the Mercedes Actros Semi with Fabric side trailer

My second order from Lighthouse included another of the Polonez,
the Karuso SM-11 City bus (I am not sure who makes it, I can not read the name)
and the Vegla Articulated Lorry from Schreiber-Bogen and designed by a member here Thomas Peiner

I added 2 more Star Trek kits just after the Enterprise and Spirit Of St. Louis.

They are the Next Generagtion Klingon Cruiser (Again I got 2 of this one)

And the Original TV series Romulan Bird-Of-Prey

Both from Make Your Own Starship

I won these in the same week!
First the Single Klingon, then a Lot with both the second Klingon, the Romulan, an issue of Star Trek The Magazine showing Michael Dorn aka Worf on the cover, and a set of the large Cards

the last & most recent purcases are the Modelik Hydromil 2 6/06,

and the AMO Bus (Best I can get in tranlation)

I do have one request.
Does anyone know if there are Any English translations for the Modelik or PK/Graphica kits or for the SM-11 or AMO Buses?

I remember reading that there were Some translations for select Modelik kits.

How does the AMO bus look to you? I've been planning on getting it and the AMO truck. I actually have a Russian Soviet-era plastic model of that truck already.

I would say, you need to have Patience And have built several paper models before attempting it.
It has a lot of parts!
10 pages of Parts! A sheet of Clear Acetate for window glazing, and 5 pages of instructions. But all in Russian!
Anyone know of an English translation being made available?

If I am seeing the parts correctly, not only can the steering be posable, but the wheels can be made to allow rolling, and the passenger doors actually hinged.

I will not be trying this for some time.

What scale is your plastic kit? 1/43 or smaller?

I would like to get the matching truck.

I wonder how hard it would be to copy the paper kit to sheet plastic?

AMO kit

The truck is in 1/24th scale. Let's see if this works. This is a scan of part of the boxtop. The box measures 12x14x1 so obviously the body is build up out of flat panels, but so is the real one it looks like.

I like that.
Where did you find it?

I would not be surprised that the assembly is very similar to the paper model.
And yes the bus too.
You are correct about the Flat-panel build of the truck.
The paper Bus builds that way too.

I will try to take a few pictures of parts pages. But, since I take all of my pictures Outside, I need to have a Calm, No windy Day !!

In regards to your Modelik kits, the Polonez-Poltruck (fire version) is a good one to start with. Fit is good and it's not overly complex. It's counterpart (the police version) does not build up as nice, due to some fit issues and parts omissions. I have pictures over at zealot if you want to see the end results and a build thread on the fire version.
