Barnes and Noble find

I was at B&N booksellers picking up next years calendar and I stumbled upon several simple die-cut card models. I picked up this one

There were also some profile flying WWII fighters, Titanic, Constitution in a bottle, and a few others. All were in the $15-20 range. I'll probably stop by there again soon and pick up one or two more.

Nice find, Wayne. Were they back in the little corner where they usually have four kits?

They were in the middle of the store with the big coffee-table books and such.

There's one (but only one) on Amazon for $26.95 + p&p

Too dear for me but seller won't ship to UK anyway.

Not listed on Amazon UK.

Looks a good model though. Look forward to seeing pictures of your build Wayne.

Can you post it's ISBN number, so I can search other sources.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Just in case you can't read it from the photo
ISBN 978-1-4351-5323-3
I think the publisher is Sterling Innovation New York
I hope that helps

Does it say in there what scale this is? 'Almost three feet long' makes me think that it is bigger than 'O'

If you Google the ISBN number there's a few supposedly free downloads or sales sites available. Tried a few but either my malware protection didn't like them, or they wanted credit card details to register as a member.

Decided not to risk it, and with p&P accross the pond it's too dear for me direct from B&N. At 3ft long (even longer if you duplicate a few passenger cars) I wouldn't know where to put it anyway.

Nothing found on EBay ... USA, UK, or EU.

Looks an interesting model though, but I guess I'll be passing on this one.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.
