Now, how long is it going to take you to finish those??? Huh?
I keep ordering models I really like and plan to build............but.............and a big BUTT. They keep piling up and I then see another model I am DEFINITELY gonna build next....................

Padre,
No idea, but it is there for me to try Buffalowings, I work long hours, and that allows me to buy those models I am interested in

That F-16 is pretty good, though it has some miscolorations. I also had a few misfits, but those could entirely be my fault, I built it long ago.
Here's my Star crane... It all works and moves, though it's starting to fall apart from age. It was a really fun model, hope you like it too.

Come on, Padre! You build faster and better than 99.9 percent of the population. I offer your ever-popular "All My Children" thread as evidence.

I look for three things in an online vendor: reasonable shipping costs i.e. proportional to the actual order, must take Paypal (otherwise I have to ask my wife to use the credit card and you can guess how well that flies), and must have a range with the models I am after. Just on another issue, I looking at these comments about how good some of the old Maly models were (and I like retro in my modelling and have a a lot of Renwal, early Revell etc in my other stash) and am wondering whatever happened to Maly Modelarz? They seems to be producing up until 2007 and then just blinked out of existence - they is a website still up but I've had no response to emails in both English and Google Polish - it'd be so cool to get some of the classics back on the market again!!! Perhaps under Mr Gutzmer's latest initiative if the licensing could be resolved....(unless someone else is contemplating designing a Scud-A, Nord Griffon etc....?... |

The 2007 thing isn't accurate... they're still releasing models (I just bought the latest today) but they're numbered without skipping dates. The current issue is dated 10-11-12 2007, but it came out just now. It's not even on their official site yet.
It kept disappearing recently too, but this is it: Prawo jazdy, nauka jazdy, kursy na prawo jazdy Also this one: http://www.mazowszelok.pl/maly-modelarz

Rick,
Is the 2006 MIG-29 just a reprint of the 2002 version? |

No
It is a redraw/update of the 2002, the camo and panellines are sooo much better in the 2006 version Rick

I started the '06 mig, and while the print quaity is good for a maly, there is still some variation of color between matching panels with the dark gray. I got discouraged with this one and put it in my boneyard for now.
