Is Sumato/Skyline Models still active?

Has anyone (perhaps his beta builders) heard from Sumato lately? I have been unsuccessful in contacting him through the Skyline Models website and by direct e-mail.

I believe he's taking a break from modeling to focus on the non-modeling side of life. He's a full time airline pilot so there's many other time consuming responsibilities he must deal with. Hopefully he will have the free time to rejoin our community soon.

I hope Jeremiah can come back soon, but I do understand the whole "life comes before your hobbies" thing.
His models are always a joy to buy and build.
I look forward to many more in the future like the Douglas DC-8 and Bombardier CRJ-700!

I agree with you. His models are really cool, and I'm thinking to get lots for Christmas and my birthday.

My wish is becoming a full time civil pilot, just like him!!!

i just inquire him through email regarding how to buy his models out of US earlier this day

i really like how he design his models, simple yet very realistic, i'd like to buy his models soon

does he really plan to design the dc-8? if so, that would be a must buy for me. i know that won't be anytime soon (my mother was an aircrew as well) but i'll wait whatever long it takes

I hope he can return soon as well.

After building the CRJ-200, I'm eager to start another of his models. But I'd like to see
what else he has in mind. I need to ask for a Mexican airliner too!

Also, I'm not... er... was a civil airplane builder, but Sumato's designs are fantastic.
The paneling, the finishing... wow!
