Thank you, that's very kind of you. I am also looking forward to see this completed. In a way it is 10 years in the making (from the first prototype)

Well, 10 years ago I made the first (unfinished) prototype and then was engaged in business projects. So much that all my paper model work rested for the next 10 years
This all was made during the last year But still it feels like a long time! Almost like a life work Elliot

Roof stage completed!
Built at this scale (30mm figures) the model is 16" high. That is a new record for me Expecting more 15mm builds or at less levels, but I really want to use the Himeji castle as design guide for this one!

Thanks Elliot :-)
I was away for a week but got back and started working on the wall textures this week. I finished all the outsides and went on to build a level 2 wall module just to see how it all works out. Found a couple of things I need to figure out before I continue (esp in regards to the various variations of assemblies). So here comes the two level castle keep!
