Very nice build! I had yet to see the colored version completed (having followed the original 'white' prototype design build, of course). It makes me want to add this one to my collection for sure one of these days.

Fantastic build Michael. You have really done Kooklik's fine design justice.

Hello Michael,

absolut fantastic; fine nice build and very close to the original. Give me an idea - what scale?

With lovely greetings
the Wilfried

Thanks a lot for your wellcome.
The scale is 1:72. Realy big and still a problem to find the right place to show it!:

Cheers Michael

Wow! That is some serious submarine you built up there. Makes those 'spensive styrene jobs look ill in comparison. Heck of a job all the way 'round.

An awesome build, Michael! Submarines are one of my favourite subjects and your model is simply stunning. Nice job!

Very nice build. If you have difficulty finding somewhere to display it, I have a very nice mantle over my fireplace, and would even pay for the shipping. This model comes out superior to the 72 scale plastic kit, and is a heck of a lot cheaper (if you don't include the printers you wear out in the course of the build).
