The Grumman goose looks familiar, looks like you made the gear work like they're supposed to

Just barely - they don't *quite* reach the ground - it sits on one wheel and the bottom of the fuselage - the other wheel sits about a half millimeter in the air. And that was with sliding the gear down in the well and the wheels down on the gear as much as looked reasonable. I may yet go back and pull the gear and stick the wheels back in the fuselage for a gear-up model. But its hardly noticeable as-is.

Ahh, still looks pretty good, I designed that one, but the gear were supposed to be glued outside the well with a strut extending up into the well, somehow that was changed, but I think there is a picture on the goose model page that shows it? Still you did a good job with it cmags.

Heh heh - if I owned a Scooby I'd be insulted to consider the pimped neon and the Evo as rivals, most of them I've met think they are driving the latest Porsche killer with a Mercedes interior and build quality
As far as GTO owners, the biggest actual rival is the lack of knowledge about what it is - I wish I had a dollar for every time I was asked 'that thing got a 6 cylinder in it?

I won't do a raider for a while, and if I did I just might do the paper one - I've got 3 plane builds going on right now, so no new models until at least 2 are done, and the next one on the stack is set in stone.
(Sorry for the derail, back to the originally scheduled thread).

I haven't yet succumbed to the bad habit of simultaneous builds. One gets finished before the next one in the pipeline gets started. It's a way of lighting a fire under my own butt to finish once I'm getting tired of building the same model.

I like the Subaru! I always thought that the Impreza was a pretty beast, and the rally scheme does it justice!
