Does this kit come with English instructions? I just got a JSC USS Ward and it finally has English instructions!!

No, this kit does not have English instructions. Instruction in polish is very shot. But the drawings are clear and the part numbers are in the same language. The problem areas it is better to explore from photos of other modellers.
