Jefferey Poplawko - WNUK [by struna]

Easy model, free from Fanatyk Kartonu, scale 1:25. Only wheels, I don't know how they should be really.

The Jeffery-Poplavko armoured car was an armoured body
constructed by Poplavko on the chassis of the US-built Jeffery all-terrain truck (4-wheel drive - 4 wheel steering).
Armoured car Jeffery-Poplavko.

The wheels used in the armoured car seem to have been conical steel disks similar to many other armoured cars of the time. One of the images on the derela site seems to show wheel extensions presumably to lower ground pressure and allow the car to operate in soft ground.

The model appears to be one of the Jeffery-Poplavko cars captured by Polish forces from the Red Army in 1920.

Regards,

Charlie
