It was Phil (no relation to Philip as far as I know) who designed the cooker: Cooker

He also had a thread and a link to a download site (Cooker), but the cooker seems no longer to be there: Paperface - Welcome The site is still there and, given the name "woodengraver" fits Phil who, in addition to designing unconventional and sometimes zany paper models, is a wood engraver of exceptional skill (he wrote a book on the subject). However, I could not find the cooker there.

Phil (http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/members/phil.html) does not seem to have posted since 2018, and there is no provision for sending him a pm, alas. I regret to say that I have not communicated with him for a long time.
