Carnival Time In Rio
Come on, shake a leg and put your glad-rags on. We're going to party. And how!
This energetic young lady is one of a now defunct Canon series called "Native Costumes of the World". Although Canon took the series down a few years ago, at the moment it is still available on the Wayback Machine (and thanks to John Wagenseil for discovering this): Canon 3D Papercraft - Native Costumes The model is 25cm tall and is a very easy build.

Another one that I keep thinking about building. Every time I am about to do it, I try to come up with a way to give her a 'more pleasing form. I have tried merging some of the anime characters with this to improve it, but I always make a mess.
Nicely done

Looks good.
I remember that series of figurines. I have them stashed somewhere.

Nice to have your comments, folks. Thanks.
I once built quite a few of this series: it was good to become acquainted with it again. The Balinese dancer was one of my favourites, but to each his own.
