Another benefit is that it will help focus peoples ideas and input. There are so many post in a short space of time I'm getting a bit lost with everything.

Example.

3.0 MOVEMENT

3.1 Over watch:

3.2 Movement:

3.3 Opportunity Fire:

3.3.1 Any unit on the non-movement side may fire upon any enemy unit which
passes though it's line of sight.

3.3.2 Any unit which engages the enemy is marked as fired weapon and may not
move next turn.

This way we can have a thread section in the forum titled "3.3 Opportunity Fire:" with treads on each section of the rules. The first post will always show the current rule and it can be edited as ideas are put into place.

Just a thought.

Cheers JTF
That is a good idea, JTF.
One for each game.
I think that the games should have a similar feel, thought the turn sequence must be different. In one hour or less I'll post the game sequence I devised for the space battle.

I realised I have not signed in yet... count me in, and probably make this part of forum visible by registered members only, if you are that worried about anything.

As for the game rules making - when we know what we want it to look like we can make a wiki for it - as I wrote earlier - the discussion is behind each page, pages are anchored and basically when dust settles all is needed to make a rulebook is to copy the wiki pages.

Good luck lehcyfer and thanks for the help you gave!
I hope you can make some good paper models while there and have fun! (I was ready to make a joke about models in the sanatorium, but I really don't know if you are married and all that and I still hope that your little pre-dreadnought will come to my hands so I'm not put that in jeopardize with some stupid joke).

So, good luck!
