Very nice!
I flew a cargo b-18 @*#$* years ago. Interesting plane to fly.
Can wait to see this one finished.
The one I flew was overall white, with boring black N numbers. No expense spared there.

Lookin' great. Maybe I'll actually get a model built before the end of the year. It would be fun to take one over to HQ.

This beautiful and historic C-45 fits in perfectly for the theme of the Paper Modelers at Army Heritage Days event in May 2019: D-Day 1944, which is also the theme of the IPMS NOVA (Northern Virginia) Classic in April 2019, an event in which several Forum members participate.

I have a slight personal connection with the C-45, too. It was one of the aircraft flown by the Maryland Wing of the Civil Air Patrol in the 1950s, and I had a couple of flights in it as a CAP cadet.

Nice looking model, Ponytail. It’s great to see a civilian model of the historic propliner. Thanks to Gary for the design.
