Lets see, screw-propelled, so >1840, and steam boiler, so <1910. I have never seen the like. What is the giant harpoon? Could it be for hunting whales? Or is this a very early Tsarist subchaser?

This would be more in the 1870s. Looks a bit like the Defender class (NZ) or Soimul class (RO) with the dual stacks.
