Hi Papermate,
Yesterday I had the same problem.
I manually logged out/logged on again and cleared all cookies and then I was able to download.I don't know if this will work for you but it worked for me .

Thanks, Ofanim. It didn't and doesn't work either way. Happens after MS changed host.
Wonder if others have experienced the same?

No luck downloading up to this moment.
I'm getting the same response as mentioned at post 354.
The same result when trying with my cellphone and another laptop.
Would the admin look into this problem, please?

Jason is aware of the problem and is looking into it. If you aren't already doing so, try clicking on the download link instead of the download tab. I had the same problem and that works for me.
