You forgot the Russian Tupolev TU-104 as one of the pioneer jet airliners. However, this aircraft is widely available as card model by several printers. I just wanted to mention it as one of the pioneer commercial jets.

The DC-8, as you all know, was the direct competitor of the Boeing 707 so it was also very popular. There are hundreds of liveries out there that can turn this aircraft into a beautiful and attractive scale model. Now let's hope Gary decides to make us happy!!!

I had the pleasure to ride in the rear end of a DC-8 on my way to Viet Nam. It was interesting to see when the nose wheel hit a bump in the taxiway, then the main gear, then we would bounce.
