Where to buy paper models

I came across a model on u-tube called a KrAV 255b truck. I have been searching the web but no luck on where to buy it. does anyone know where I can purchase it?

Like Greg suggested, a good Source for commercially produced kits is GPM check them out at GPM ? modele kartonowe
I know there has been some recent discussion here on the forum about Eastern European distributors, all of which seem to be very reliable.
There is also the Papermodel store in Chicago that I have ordered from many times.
