Privat message

A member sent me three messages, and as he was waiting for my next answer, I failed at sending the message, for this appeared:

" has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove from the recipient list and send the message again."

What does that mean?

The member has blocked incoming private messages.
Or
He's a new member, and that option is not available to him yet.

If he already received two messages from you,
then he must have turned off the option to receive messages.
Maybe, by accident?
Maybe on purpose...did you say something bad to him? lol

You need to ask him about this.
Post something on the forum...try to speak to him that way.

Nothing bad, I was telling him some information about cartokit models he was asking for. Probably he disabled something which switch off the option.
