How to get help from an admin?

How/where do we post to get help?

Forum notifications quit working for me and unsubscribing and resubscribing has not made any difference. It sure would be nice if stuff worked. I posted a long time ago in the Suggestions forum, but the only reply I got didn't help.

How do we reach an admin, or even find out who the admins are?

If you reply, be patient, because I don't get notifications, so I have to remember to check back here, and life is busy.

Thanks

Steve

Jason and I are admins, Jason is the owner of the forum, and I help do other things

If you go into the Site News subforum, you will see that most, if not all the posts come from either one of us, and we have a bold title under our forum names.

Technical questions like this should be directed to Jason, as he deals with the forum software and has a contact with the authors of vBulletin

I lost some subscriptions again...
this is the second time I had to go in and turn thread notifications back on.
But everything has been working okay for a month or two, now.
