WOW! Looks like a lot of old threads have caught up with me... :P Almost forgot about this one, I'll have to dig up the files and get started again.

Any more info on this model? Especially the Dutch KDC-10 version of it?

Not many more updates, it's been rather slow lately. Just got back from a five week vacation, warming up the printer for a (blank-untextured) alpha build of the KB-50J. Then hopefully the M-50 after which I want to get back to the KC-10. I want to do the whole series of USAF refuelling aircraft, the KB-29, KB-50, KC-97, KC-135 and KC-10. Hopefully I can do the KC-767 which looks like the -135s replacement.

What would the intended scale be? And the build difficulty?

Intended scale is either 1/48 or 1/72, I'd definitely like it to be 1/48 if possible. The only question is "how big do I want this to get?"

Build difficulty will probably be intermediate. If you've built some aircraft before (think Marek quality-but much more accurate...) then you should be fine I think. Of course, I won't know for sure until I finish designing the thing...

Well, the only plane i ever finished was my own design... But a 1/120 version to match the Canon A340-300 I'm building would be a good option. It is a big plane, if I'm correct that is.
