This is one of my favorites! Always glad to see 1/48 Japanese WWII airplanes emerging from Kampflieger. I will have my order in as soon as I get home tonight.

I'm at the office and away from my references, but I judge this aircraft to be Tail Number 7 of the 49th Independent Flying Company [Dokoritsu Dai 49 Hiko Chutai] in China in 1942. I have heard arguments that the dark blue color was caused by weathering of the standard Army green shade, but it sure looks pretty.

Incidentally, I want to mention that Roman has provided me with superb customer service in the past, for which, much thanks . . . that and the airplanes!
